Must Have
- Active English speaker (spoken & written)
- Genuinely loves children — this is #1

- Own transportation (motorbike is fine)

Do I need teaching experience?
No experience required. We value your love for children and willingness to learn more than your CV. Full training provided — you'll learn our Fun Learning method and classroom techniques before your first real session.
Can I teach while studying?
Absolutely! Our schedule is flexible. You choose when to teach, and we match you with students that fit your availability. Many of our tutors are university students.
Is this a full-time or part-time position?
This is a flexible partnership — you decide how much you teach. Some tutors teach 4 sessions per month (side income), others teach 30+. Your pace, your choice.
How does the compensation work?
We operate on a partnership model: no fixed salary, but:
- Payment per session (based on your tier: Junior → Regular → Senior)
- Monthly performance bonus based on your attendance and student progress/ratings
- Payment transferred at the end of every month, always on time
Higher tier = higher rate. Grow your reputation, unlock higher pay.
Do I need my own transportation?
Yes — this is a home visit position, so you'll need your own transportation (motorbike is fine) to reach students' homes in Karanganyar and surrounding areas.
Where exactly do I teach?
We currently serve students in Karanganyar, Tasikmadu, Jaten, Gondangrejo, and nearby areas. We'll try to match you with students near your location.
What materials do I need to prepare?
We provide all teaching materials, flashcards, worksheets, and the curriculum framework. You'll receive a starter toolkit during onboarding. You're welcome to add your own creative touches.
How many students will I get?
Depends on your availability and area. New tutors typically start with 1–2 students, then grow as you build reputation. You can decline any student assignment that doesn't fit your schedule.
